Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at cyberbites369@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
