Return Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery. After this window, all sales are final.

To initiate a return, contact us at cyberbites369@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
